  • Is there an age requirement?
    There is no age limit, however, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children are able to fly in the simulator, but may need help reaching the rudder pedals, or overhead panel switches - and in this case an instructor will be on hand to help.
  • What experience do I need in order to fly the simulator?
    In short, none. We can cater to all levels of experience - from complete beginners, where an instructor will be there to help every step of the way, to qualified pilots who are looking to brush up on their skills.
  • How does the simlator compare to the real aircraft?
    Our simulator is extremely realistic, and is a 1:1 exact replica of the real aircraft cockpit.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    Yes - booking in advance ensures no long wait times. You can book up to an hour before your appointment via our online booking system or telephone, where a deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Yes. Customers are permitted to bring along friends to their expeirence. Non-flying guests are free!
  • What if I need to reschedule/cancel?
    We require 24 hours notice of any rescheduled appointments or cancellations. If you fail to let us know within 24 hours and do not turn up to your appointment, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
